Infant program
ages 6 weeks to 18 months
Our infant curriculum focuses on fostering basic trust in the child. The adult caring for the child responds to the child with respect and love to the child’s need, and helps the child develop physically and psychologically. We begin teaching foundation language and motor skills at this stage and help transition children to the next step in their development.
Toddler Program
ages 18 months to 3 years
The toddler program is prepared to aid the child to grow physical and emotional independence. The teacher is a guide to the child in the areas of social and emotional development, through the language and interaction with other children. Pre-Montessori activities are introduced here to develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and develop the skills to gain success in writing and math that will be taught in the primary class. The program also enhances your child’s language development, helping him or her along the path to speaking and reading. Sensorial development exercises for children to develop different types of intelligences. This program develops a readiness to the primary program by allowing each child to grow in the areas they are capable of individually.
primary Program
ages 3 to 6 years
This program is designed for the children to work in the classroom with activities designed for them to experience and explore independently with the teacher's guidance. The teacher will demonstrate how to work in the manner it is designed. Children are allowed to explore this in the way he or she is looking at the activity. This teaches confidence and learning with passion.
Elementary Program
ages 6 to 9 years
Within the walls of the Elementary classroom, each subject area is carefully designed to promote optimum learning for all students. This is called “Spiral Curriculum” where all of our teaching scaffolds off of the previous lesson.
- We create a foundation and each lesson leads to the next more advanced lesson.
- The student moves from concrete to abstract understanding.
- We always work from the big picture to increasing detail.
- Every three years major themes in the curriculum are studied again in greater depth and abstraction.
